With almost half a century of history, this distinctive home has witnessed generations of lakeside living — gracious gatherings, peaceful days by the water and cherished memories of its former owners.

As a guest, you will have exclusive use of the upper level of the house, including three bedrooms — two with beautiful lake views — a spacious lake-view living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with both bathtub and shower, and a generous lake-view deck.

Surrounded by mature trees and abundant birdlife, the estate offers a rare sense of privacy and tranquillity, while remaining just moments from Takapuna Beach and the vibrant shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and amenities of central Takapuna.

Guests may also enjoy the lake from the private jetty, with kayaks available to hire separately.

Pupuke Estate is more than a place to stay — it is a chance to experience a little piece of Auckland’s storied lakeside life.

客人还可以从私人码头欣赏湖景，并可另行租用皮划艇，在湖上泛舟，感受别样的湖畔风光。
